Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in warehouse operations, logistics or transportation coordination.
• Strong administrative, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Ability to coordinate multiple orders, deliveries, and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to work effectively with drivers, warehouse personnel, and other departments.
• Strong attention to detail and accurate recordkeeping.
• Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work independently while contributing to a team.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate daily warehouse logistics activities, including transportation scheduling, dispatching, and order processing.
• Communicate with drivers, warehouse personnel, production teams, planners, and customer service to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Schedule and coordinate customer deliveries within established timelines.
• Monitor product availability, order status, delivery schedules, and upcoming order requirements.
• Coordinate proper product storage, handling, and distribution with warehouse staff.
• Track logistics performance indicators like order accuracy and delivery performance.
• Prepare and maintain records, reports, and logistics documentation.
• Identify potential shipping delays and coordinate with departments to resolve issues.
• Support warehouse safety and 5S standards; assist with other administrative tasks as needed.
