POOLCORP, the world’s leading distributor of outdoor living products, is seeking a warehouse operations leader in Las Vegas. You will oversee warehouse staff, optimize inventory and coordinate with buyers to ensure timely delivery to customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3–5 years of operations experience in industrial distribution or warehouse environment.
• Experience managing a team of 5+ employees.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Knowledge of pool and spa equipment or related products helpful.

Responsibilities

• Hires, trains, directs and manages all warehouse staff and related positions.
• Reviews open orders, purchase orders, vendor claims and transfers.
• Manages inventory, controls stockouts and reduces excess inventory.
• Supports sales staff in meeting sales objectives.
