POOLCORP is the world’s leading distributor of outdoor living products. We are seeking an Operations Manager to direct warehouse staff, oversee procurement and distribution, review orders and vendor data, and ensure efficient operations across a multi-site network.

A Bachelor’s degree is preferred with 3–5 years of warehouse distribution experience and strong communication, MS Office, and inventory software skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3-5 years of operations experience in warehouse or industrial distribution.
• Experience managing a team of 5+ employees.
• Proficiency in MS Office and inventory management software.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate activities involved with procuring products for sales and distribution.
• Hire, train, and manage warehouse staff and drivers.
• Review orders, purchase orders, vendor claims, and transfers.
• Ensure warehouse safety procedures and optimize inventory levels.
• Manage freight, accounts payable discrepancies, and shipment routing.
• Support sales staff to meet objectives.
