Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive multi-unit restaurant leadership experience.
• Experience in quick-service or fast-casual dining preferred.
• Proven ability to scale operations across multiple markets.
• Strong financial acumen with P&L, budgets, forecasts.
• Proven ability to develop and retain senior field leaders.
• Experience establishing scalable processes and accountability.
• Hands-on leadership style with strategic thinking.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent senior-level experience.
• Willingness to travel extensively.

Responsibilities

• Provide enterprise-wide leadership and accountability for restaurant operations across multiple markets.
• Translate strategy into clear operational priorities, standards, and measurable results.
• Lead and develop Directors of Operations and senior field leaders.
• Own operational and financial performance including sales, EBITDA, labor, COGS.
• Analyze P&Ls, metrics, guest feedback to drive improvements.
• Establish scalable processes ensuring brand standards, safety, speed, accuracy, cleanliness.
• Partner with CEO on planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance.
• Ensure readiness for openings with staffing, training, opening execution, stabilization.
• Build capacity through workforce planning and succession.
• Maintain field presence and culture of accountability and urgency.
• Represent organization with franchisor and partners; uphold reputation.
• Model and reinforce core values and leadership expectations.
