Riser Fitness, LLC is seeking a General Manager to oversee all studio functions, drive sales, and lead a team of Sales Associates and instructors. You will manage memberships, retail, private training, and teacher training while maintaining high service standards across the studio network.

The role emphasizes strategic marketing, staff development, and operational excellence, with a compensation package featuring base salary, commissions, and growth opportunities within a growing boutique

Qualifications

• 2+ years in retail/service sales or fitness sales.
• Ability to generate personal sales and train Sales Associates.
• Manage four revenue streams: memberships, retail, private training, and teacher training.
• Fluent in English with excellent communication.
• Strong organization and data management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead generation including Grass Roots Marketing and Networking.
• Implement sales process to schedule prospects into Intro classes.
• Membership sales and attainment of targets.
• Manage staff schedule and studio inventory.
• Train and supervise Sales Associates; hire/manage instructors.
• Proficiency with ClubReady to generate revenue and attendance reports.
