WhiteWater Express in Mount Pleasant, SC is seeking a Store Manager (Assistant Manager) to lead the team, uphold safety and service standards, and drive revenue. You will oversee daily operations, coach staff, and cover shifts when the GM is away.

The role requires 1–3 years in a supervisory capacity and strong leadership, communication, and operational skills. Base salary supports growth with bonus potential and benefits.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of key holder or assistant management experience in retail or hospitality.
• Experience supervising teams of 8–12 employees, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management.
• Car wash experience is not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead team culture and coach to meet goals.
• Manage operations during shifts when GM is offsite.
• Deliver a safe, clean, and 5-star customer experience.
• Assist in payroll tasks and approve hours for all employees.
