Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the DOING of Team Member and Shift Leader with enthusiasm and excellence.
• Develop understanding of the business to GM level within a year.
• Create joy and genuine connections with customers and teach the team to do the same.
• Hit sales goals through speed and service; resolve problems calmly and professionally.
• Take ownership of store operations, admin tasks, and cash handling policies.
• Conduct inventory, control waste and dates, and rotate stock as needed.
• Lead with Caribou brand values and build strong relationships with GM and team.
