Take 5 Oil Change is hiring a Shop Manager to lead a fast-paced team. The role includes recruiting, training, scheduling, payroll, and ensuring high customer service standards in a busy shop environment.

Paid training is provided, with a promotion path from assistant roles. Candidates should be capable of lifting up to 50 pounds and working up to 55 hours weekly; experience is valued but not required.

Qualifications

• Experience in management is valued but not required.
• Paid training on the Take 5 way to manage a shop location.
• Must be able to lift up to fifty pounds and work in a shop environment.
• Willing to work early hours and up to 55 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and training new crew members.
• Creating crew schedules and submitting payroll.
• Controlling inventory and conducting end-of-period/year inventory.
• Placing product orders and restocking inventory as necessary.
• Understanding shop financials to drive results and manage budget.
• Providing excellent customer service and assisting with oil changes.
