Job summary

fino data services GmbH is seeking an SEO, Website & Conversion Manager to own organic growth, websites, and performance. You will ensure more people discover our solutions, engage with our sites, and become qualified leads.

You will drive the continuous development of our web presence—from SEO strategy and site structure to conversion optimisation—working in a data-driven way, turning insights into measurable improvements and KPIs.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in SEO with a track record of improving rankings and organic traffic.
• Strong understanding of technical and content SEO, including search intent optimisation.
• Experience in conversion optimisation and demonstrating impact on leads or revenue.
• Experience managing websites or web projects and guiding their strategic and operational development.
• Proficient use of web analytics and tracking tools (e.g., GA4) including events and conversions.
• Ability to interpret data, identify patterns, and translate insights into actionable recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute our SEO strategy across technical, structural, and content areas.
• Analyse rankings, search behaviour, competitors, and market developments to derive concrete optimisation measures.
• Optimise landing pages, conversion funnels, and user journeys to generate more qualified leads.
• Own the continuous improvement of all websites for fino data services GmbH, including products and future brands.
• Define website structures, content strategies, features, and user journeys in collaboration with development and marketing teams.
• Manage our AI-supported content processes and ensure content meets search intent and quality standards.
• Further develop tracking and analytics concepts to maintain a reliable data foundation.
• Identify optimisation opportunities, prioritise initiatives, and execute improvements with clear KPIs.
