Job summary

Two Six Technologies is seeking a Senior Director, Business Operations to steward and scale the strategic, technical, and financial footprint of the Secure Platforms team. The role focuses on capability expansion within DoD/IC, nurturing CSP partnerships, and leading end-to-end proposals while ensuring mission success.

The Lead will dedicate time to operational oversight of a core program as a trusted COTR liaison.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience, with at least 8+ years focused on DoD/Intelligence Community customers.
• 5+ years of proven success growing and expanding capabilities within DoW/IC environments.
• Demonstrated success building and sustaining strategic relationships with CSPs, marketplace providers, prime contractors, and senior client staff.
• Demonstrated direct operational oversight of programs representing at least $50M in annual revenue.
• Proven track record of operational process improvement, financial acumen, and driving capability growth within DoW and IC programs.

Responsibilities

• Capablity expansion: identify, qualify, and expand opportunities within DoW/IC programs and client environments.
• Strategic partnerships: nurture relationships with CSPs, marketplace providers, and prime contractors.
• Go-to-market planning: drive sector strategies aligned with business plans and targets.
• Proposal & capture leadership: lead full-lifecycle proposals and capture milestone reviews.
• Pipeline management: maintain a growth pipeline to drive ~20% YoY revenue expansion.
• Technical solutioning: coordinate with engineering to package innovations for proposals.
• Program stewardship: manage schedules, execution, and delivery on core contracts.
• Operational governance: establish repeatable processes and controls.
