Job summary

Two Six Technologies is seeking an Associate Director of Security to lead the DoW side of our security operations at the Arlington, VA HQ. The role unifies INFOSEC and Physical Security to safeguard SAP, SCI, and Collateral programs while maintaining DoD regulatory compliance.

You will supervise a security team, coordinate with Business Development, Programs, and external customers, and drive facility accreditation, asset inventory management, and audit readiness across DoW operations.

Qualifications

• 10+ years on security teams for DoW or IC, with focus on Collateral, SCI, SAP.
• Lead across physical and information security domains.
• Experience supervising a security team of 5+ staff.
• Direct experience managing DoD-accredited SCIFs/SAPFs and inventory control.
• 5+ years SAP program experience.
• Strong knowledge of DoD 5205.07 SAP Manuals, NISP, ICDs.
• Completion of the DSS FSO Program Management curriculum.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate DoW security functions as primary convergence point.
• Oversee INFOSEC and Physical Security operations and processes.
• Liaise with Business Development, Program Management, and executives as well as external customers.
• Supervise, mentor, and develop security staff.
• Direct secure facilities, inventory management, and asset tracking.
• Lead bi-annual self-inspections and coordinate audits.
• Ensure enterprise alignment with company security policies.
• Support proposals with required security volumes.
• Manage Arlington HQ SCIF operations and guard oversight.
