Responsibilities

• Follow up on unbooked leads, have real conversations, address concerns, and book the job.
• Handle inbound calls with confidence, answer questions, overcome objections, and close appointments.
• Coordinate scheduling and clearly communicate job details with customers.
• Follow up after every completed job to confirm satisfaction, collect payments, and request reviews.
• Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.
