Voda Cleaning & Restoration is seeking an outgoing, customer-focused individual to join our growing team in Shelby, NC. You will handle customer communications, scheduling, and relationship-building with clients and referral partners to drive service bookings.

You will balance office duties with outreach activities, maintain CRM records, and contribute to weekly activity summaries as we expand our local presence.

Responsibilities

• Follow up on unbooked leads and convert to booked jobs.
• Handle inbound calls with confidence and close appointments.
• Coordinate scheduling and communicate job details clearly.
• Follow up after completed job; collect payments and request reviews.
• Maintain accurate customer records in our CRM system.
• Manage daily office communications and assist with invoicing and reporting.
• Represent Voda at local events and build relationships with referral partners.
