You will handle both inbound and outbound conversations and ask follow-up questions to help customers decide, including conversations about money. Success looks like staying positive, asking follow-up questions, and building confidence quickly through coaching in a structured, goal-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Customer service, sales, or collections experience.
• Must be able to work 40 hours per week, including Saturdays.
• Fluent in English; Spanish a plus.
