Texas Car Title & Payday Loan Services, Inc. is seeking a customer-facing sales professional who will engage directly with customers to understand needs and guide them through financial solutions.

You will handle both inbound and outbound conversations, ask follow‑up questions, and help customers make decisions, including money discussions. The role requires adaptability, strong communication, and the ability to stay motivated in a fast-paced, coaching-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Customer service, sales, or collections experience
• Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone and in person
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Must be able to work 40 hours per week, including Saturdays.
• Satisfactory completion of pre-employment screenings
• Reliable form of personal transportation and valid Driver’s License
• Fluent in English and Spanish a plus
