Texas Car Title & Payday Loan Services, Inc is seeking a customer-facing, performance-driven role where you will work directly with customers to understand needs and guide them through financial solutions. You will handle inbound and outbound conversations, ask follow-up questions, and help customers make decisions—including discussions about money.

This position requires comfort with handling hesitation, rejection, and objections, while staying engaged and motivated in a structured, goal-driven

Qualifications

• Experience handling inbound and outbound customer conversations.
• Ability to guide customers through financial solutions.
• Capable of making follow-up questions to uncover needs.
• Comfortable discussing money-related topics with customers.
• Willingness to work 40 hours per week including Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Ask follow-up questions and guide customers through decisions to choose suitable financial options.
• Handle both inbound and outbound conversations with customers.
