Job summary

Texas Car Title & Payday Loan Services, Inc is seeking a customer-facing, performance-driven role where you will work directly with customers to understand their needs and guide them through financial solutions, including conversations about money.

You will handle both inbound and outbound conversations, ask follow-up questions, and help customers make decisions in a fast-paced environment, with coaching and structured training provided.

Qualifications

• Customer service, sales, or collections experience.
• Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone and in person.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt.
• Must be able to work 40 hours per week, including Saturdays.
• Satisfactory completion of pre-employment screenings.
• Reliable form of personal transportation and valid Driver’s License.
• Fluent in English; Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers to understand needs and recommend financial solutions.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls and guide customers through decisions.
