Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 40 hours per week, including Saturdays.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Reliable transportation and valid Driver’s License.
• Pre-employment screenings.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound conversations and guide decisions.
• Ask follow-up questions to understand needs and financial solutions.
