Qualificações

• Minimum of 2 years of management experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant.
• Proven ability to lead, develop, mentor, and motivate a diverse team while fostering accountability and excellence.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage employees, guests, and partners.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience managing budgets, inventory, labor costs, and operating expenses.
