You will hire, train, coach, and develop staff, drive sales, manage costs, and uphold operational standards while creating meaningful moments for guests and team members from their very first interaction.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience leading teams in restaurant, retail, or hospitality.
• Passion for serving guests and elevating their day.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
• Experience with scheduling and inventory/back-office systems; Crunchtime/HotSchedules preferred.
