Popeyes is hiring a Restaurant General Manager in Jacksonville to lead a fast-paced team and deliver a memorable dining experience. You will train staff, manage daily operations, and drive sales while maintaining high standards of quality and service.

The role requires strong leadership, effective communication, and a passion for food quality. Weekend and holiday availability is expected in a growth-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and a passion for food quality and presentation.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate clearly in a fast-paced setting.
• Previous kitchen/food service experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to stand for 4–8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Willingness to work weekends, holidays, and flexible shifts.

Responsabilités

• Oversee service, training, and execution of procedures to ensure quality and efficiency.
• Manage daily/weekly operations: sales, labor, forecasts, orders, and schedules.
• Lead production and team communications to meet service goals and costs.
• Maintain restaurant image, BOH procedures, and community focus; drive profitability.
