Action Behavior Centers is seeking a full-time Behavior Technician to work one-on-one with children aged 18 months to 8 years, delivering play-based ABA therapy and following individualized treatment plans.

You will collect data, support learning through engaging activities, and maintain a safe, organized therapy environment while collaborating with a supportive team to help children grow and succeed.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
• Comfortable with floor activities and frequent movement.
• Willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire.
• Team mindset: may support nearby ABC clinic if needed.

Responsibilities

• Follow personalized treatment plans and collect simple session data.
• Help children learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities.
• Stay active and engaged throughout therapy sessions.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe therapy environment.
• Collaborate with a supportive team focused on helping kids grow and succeed.
