Job summary

Helping Hands Family is seeking passionate RBTs to deliver one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism in clinics, homes, and community settings. The role includes implementing sessions designed by a BCBA, data collection, and collaboration with a supportive team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; human services degree preferred.
• Comfort working with children.
• Ability to perform physical tasks (walk/run/lift up to 50 lbs).
• Strong communication with clients’ families.
• Reliable transportation.
• Willingness to complete company RBT training and pass exam within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1-on-1 direct care to children with autism in clinics, at home, or in the community.
• Teach daily living and social skills using evidence-based treatments and positive reinforcement.
• Implement therapy sessions designed by a BCBA.
• Accurately collect behavior data and collaborate with the team.
