Arca is a wealth management platform leveraging AI to reinvent the advisor-client relationship. As Product Marketing Manager, you will shape how clients and advisors understand Arca, develop segmentation, positioning, and messaging, and drive launches across channels.

You’ll partner with product, engineering, design, and compliance to ensure consistent narratives and scalable growth. You’ll also build client stories, enable advisors, and optimize the client journey from inquiry to advocacy,

Qualificações

5–8 years of experience in product marketing, with 3+ years in product marketing roles.
Experience with consumer audiences and high-consideration purchases is a plus.
Demonstrated ownership of positioning and messaging for a product or segment, beyond launch coordination.
Hands-on customer research: interviews, message testing, and win-loss analysis.

Responsabilidades

Define segmentation, personas, and positioning for Arca across life stages and advisor journeys.
Develop and maintain messaging by segment grounded in pain points, buying cycles, and competitive context.
Lead client stories, testimonials, and referral programs in partnership with advisors and compliance.
Shape the client journey with messaging across lead and client lifecycle and coordinate with product/engineering.
