ArcaLabs in Palo Alto is hiring a Product Manager to own how the product feels to use. You’ll partner with engineering, FDE, and design to ship an agent product that analysts prefer over Excel and that MDs can trust for pitches.

The role covers agent UX, evals, deliverable rendering, and customer-specific configuration. As part of a hands-on PM team, you’ll read 10-Ks, join customer calls, write specs, and run evals.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years as a PM, ideally at an early-stage startup or AI/finance product.
• Able to read 10-Ks, memos, or comps files; familiarity with investor documents is a plus.
• Technical enough to read code, run SQL, and prototype in TS or Python when needed.
• Experience shipping products with LLMs and managing eval pain.

Aufgaben

• Own the product surface end-to-end: chat, workflow UI, previews, and admin surface for house styles.
• Attend customer calls and know workflows such as comps, CIMs, IC memos, and pitchbook strip profiles.
• Write crisp specs, build mocks (Figma or code), and ship features in weeks, not quarters.
• Run user evals by red-teaming outputs and observing analysts using the product; map findings to a roadmap.
• Partner with engineering, FDE, and design to translate patterns into platform features.
