Arca, a wealth management firm based in NYC, is seeking a Member of Technical Staff focused on Product to own entire product domains end to end. You’ll work directly with our advisors, operators, and clients to understand needs, then prototype, ship, and iterate fast. If you ship it, you own it.

You’ll help build advisor surfaces, consumer portals, and the AI that powers all of it, enabling high‑touch service at scale as Arca grows beyond traditional models.

Qualifications

• You’ll own entire product domains end to end.
• You’ll work directly with our advisors, operators, and clients to understand what they need, then prototype, ship, and iterate fast.

Responsibilities

• Build advisor and operator surfaces to enable high‑touch service at scale.
• Develop consumer portals for clients to interact with their advisor and view their financial picture.
• Build the AI powering the tools and integration points embedded in the product.
