Job summary

Cytiva in Logan, Utah is seeking a Product Manager – Services to accelerate growth of the cell culture media services business across the Americas and EMEA. You will translate customer and market needs into differentiated service strategies and lead cross-functional execution across product management, R&D, marketing, commercial, and operations.

The role reports to the Director of Product Management Services and requires 5+ years in product or program management in life sciences, English

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in biology, biochemistry, chemical engineering, biotechnology, or a related field.
5+ years of product management, program management, or a related commercial or technical function within life sciences, bioprocessing, or cell culture media.
Experience developing and executing growth strategy, value proposition, or portfolio plan using customer, market, and competitive data.
Experience leading customer-facing projects or programs through cross-functional teams in a global organization.
Professional fluency in English.

Responsibilities

Support Cell Culture Media Services portfolio, including media development, rapid response production, analytical and stability services, and single use technology.
Lead service opportunities from customer need and business case through solution definition, contracting support, execution, and delivery.
Build and maintain market, customer, and competitive intelligence for Global market and translate insights into portfolio priorities and investment recommendations.
Enable commercial teams with technical presentations, competitive analyses, sales tools, and training that strengthen customer engagement and opportunity conversion.
