Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree required, preferably in a scientific, technical, or business field.
• MBA or other advanced degree.
• 5+ years of experience in bioprocessing, life sciences, pharma services, or related markets preferred.
• 3+ years in top-tier consulting or equivalent corporate strategy leadership experience.
• Substantial experience in strategic planning within life sciences with strong analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end strategic planning for Cell Culture, defining vision and financial ambition.
• Partner on major strategic decisions, portfolio choices, and investment priorities.
• Drive market intelligence and growth strategy, assess opportunities, and support due diligence.
• Establish operating cadence, metrics, and cross-functional review mechanisms.
• Facilitate workshops and align strategy across functions and stakeholders.
