Job summary

Miltenyi Biotec is seeking a Marketing Product Manager for Cell Culture in Gaithersburg, MD. You will own downstream marketing strategies and commercial plans to drive North American revenue, including product positioning, launch planning, demand generation and sales enablement.

You will collaborate with sales, marketing, KOLs and customers to develop programs, forecasts, pricing and lifecycle management across products.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related life sciences with minimum 5 years of marketing experience in life sciences.
• Strong ability to analyze market, customer, and competitive data to guide strategy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and project management.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and customers.
• Proficient with CRM systems and data analytics tools such as GA, Tableau, Power BI.
• Travel up to 35% domestically and 5% internationally.

Responsibilities

• Develop business plans, product positioning and go-to-market strategies.
• Conduct market research, monitor competition and identify opportunities.
• Perform routine analyses with clear metrics to guide actions.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, KOLs and stakeholders to craft programs.
• Design and execute multi-channel campaigns to drive adoption and revenue.
• Develop rolling sales forecasts with Sales and other functions.
• Create sales enablement guidelines and tools for selling.
• Lead US/Canada pre-launch and launch plans and coordinate market activities.
