• 2+ years of experience in project management, customer support, technical support, scientific support, or a related customer-facing role.
• Strong understanding of customer service principles and project coordination.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and guidance to customers and internal teams by answering inquiries and resolving product issues.
• Analyze customer feedback, support activities, and project data to identify trends and support growth.
• Serve as the primary contact for custom cell culture projects, managing timelines, communications, and cross-functional coordination.
• Develop and maintain custom product specifications, approvals, and technical documentation in compliance with quality standards.
• Coordinate meetings, audits, training, and investigations, communicating status and findings clearly.
