The Product Manager – Services is responsible for accelerating growth of Cytiva’s cell culture media services business in the Americas and EMEA. The role translates customer and market needs into differentiated service strategies and leads cross‑functional execution across product management, research and development, marketing, commercial, and operations teams.

This position reports to the Director of Product Management Services and is part of the Cell Culture Media Product Management team. The role is based in Logan, Utah and supports customers and commercial teams across the country.

What You Will Do

• Support Cell Culture Media Services portfolio, including media development, rapid response production, analytical and stability services, and single use technology.
• Lead service opportunities from customer need and business case through solution definition, contracting support, execution, and delivery.
• Build and maintain market, customer, and competitive intelligence for Global market and translate insights into portfolio priorities and investment recommendations.
• Enable commercial teams with technical presentations, competitive analyses, sales tools, and training that strengthen customer engagement and opportunity conversion.

Who You Are

• Bachelor’s degree in biology, biochemistry, chemical engineering, biotechnology, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Five or more years of experience in product management, program management, or a related commercial or technical function within life sciences, bioprocessing, or cell culture media, including knowledge of regulatory and quality requirements relevant to biopharmaceutical development and manufacturing.
• Experience developing and executing at least one growth strategy, value proposition, or portfolio plan using customer, market, and competitive data.
• Experience leading customer‑facing projects or programs through cross‑functional teams in a global organization.
• Professional fluency in English.

Travel Requirements

• Ability to travel within United States and internationally up to 15%, including overnight travel.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• Experience in cell culture media development, rapid‑response manufacturing, or analytical and stability services.
• Experience influencing stakeholders without direct authority in a matrixed global organization
