Starting pay is $24.25 per hour with ongoing development opportunities and benefits for full‑time employees. The role emphasizes safety, quality, teamwork, and adherence to ERP/HMI processes in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to work in both cold and warm environments.
• Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced setting.
• Physical strength to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Experience with or ability to perform minor equipment changeovers.
• Proficiency in using ERP systems for material handling and HMI for ingredient delivery.
• Team-oriented mindset with a commitment to company values.

Responsibilities

• Measure and Mix with precision, ensuring every batch meets our high standards.
• Operating Equipment: Safely and efficiently operate machinery and equipment, including basic machine operation, cleaning, and maintenance.
• Championing Safety and Quality: You’ll be a key player in maintaining food safety and quality by following strict guidelines and practices.
• Managing Materials: Utilize an ERP system for material handling, including refilling bulk containers, completing batching paperwork, and supporting bulk bag bailing.
• Working as a Team: Collaborate with team members and uphold company values such as respect, integrity, and teamwork.
• Work with and sanitize heavy machinery and equipment.
