Job summary

Nature’s Bakery is seeking a night shift production operator to join our batch-focused team in Utah. You will measure, weigh, and mix ingredients, run production equipment, and perform sanitation and changeovers to maintain a clean, safe facility.

You’ll use ERP and HMI systems to track materials, complete traceability paperwork, and collaborate with teammates to keep production running smoothly on a rotating graveyard schedule. Pay is $24.25/hr plus night differential.

Qualifications

• Follow food safety and quality procedures.
• Learn and use computer-based systems, including ERP and HMI systems.
• Work well with others and contribute to a positive team environment.

Responsibilities

• Measure, weigh, and mix ingredients accurately.
• Operate production equipment and machinery.
• Perform basic equipment cleaning, sanitation, and maintenance.
• Complete minor equipment changeovers.
• Follow food safety and quality procedures.
• Move and manage materials throughout the production process.
• Refill bulk containers and assist with bulk bag handling.
• Use ERP and HMI systems to track materials and ingredient delivery.
• Complete batching and traceability paperwork accurately.
• Keep your work area and equipment clean and safe.
• Work closely with your teammates to keep production running.
