Job summary

Nature's Bakery, part of the Mars family of companies, is seeking team players for overnight production roles in Salt Lake City, UT. The position focuses on safe, efficient production of snacks, with a night-shift schedule from 6pm to 6:30am on a rotating basis.

Responsibilities include measuring ingredients, operating equipment, sanitation, changeovers, and accurate paperwork using ERP and HMI systems. Candidates must read, write, and speak English, lift up to 50 lbs, and work well in a team.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Measure, weigh, and mix ingredients accurately.
• Operate production equipment and machinery.
• Perform basic equipment cleaning, sanitation, and maintenance.
• Complete minor equipment changeovers.
• Follow food safety and quality procedures.
• Move and manage materials throughout the production process.
• Refill bulk containers and assist with bulk bag handling.
• Use ERP and HMI systems to track materials and ingredient delivery.
• Complete batching and traceability paperwork accurately.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Collaborate with teammates to keep production running smoothly.
