Corient is hiring for a private credit-focused role to support due diligence, deal analysis, and investment memos on our alternatives platform. You will collaborate with wealth advisory teams and manage monitoring and reporting for fund performance.

The ideal candidate holds a finance-related degree, 2–4 years in private credit, and strong modeling and communication skills. Expect 10–20% travel and a hybrid onsite role at our Dallas-area offices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business or related field.
• CFA or CAIA designations encouraged.
• 2–4 years in private credit, leverage finance, or debt capital markets preferred.
• Strong analytical, financial modeling, and problem-solving skills; proficient in analytical tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; collaborative and independent work.
• Meticulous data tracking for fund performance and due diligence pipelines.
• Willingness to travel 10–20% for manager onsite visits.

Responsibilities

• Execute due diligence on private investments for Corient’s alternatives platform with a focus on private credit.
• Analyze direct lending strategies (senior secured, unitranche) and other credit markets.
• Conduct manager meetings; perform operational and investment reviews (remote and in-person).
• Author investment memos; produce risk-return profiles and underwriting docs.
• Monitor platform performance and track manager performance.
