The ideal candidate has a finance degree, 1–4 years in alternatives, strong analytical skills, and excellent communication. Travel up to 20% may be required; NY-based onsite.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business, or related field.
• CFA or CAIA designations encouraged.
• 1–4 years of experience in alternatives assets.
• Strong analytical, financial modeling, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; data tracking for fund performance.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Alts team leadership to manage a multi-asset private markets portfolio.
• Invest in Funds and co-investments across Private Markets assets.
• Perform risk management modeling and stress testing of portfolios.
• Become a subject matter expert on the strategy.
• Create marketing collateral and educational materials.
• Support wealth advisory teams with platform navigation and data requests.
