PT Solutions Physical Therapy in Totowa, NJ is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to expand access to care and advance your professional growth. You’ll gain exposure to orthopedic, sports medicine, pelvic health, and neurologic rehab with a diverse caseload.

We offer onboarding through Vitals+, mentorship, in-house CE, and residency-style programs plus a base salary of $85,000–$110,000 per year, with monthly incentives and a sign-on bonus up to $10,000 in select locations.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited PT program.
• Current or pending state licensure.
• BLS certification.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a team-oriented mindset.
• Ability to manage a full clinical caseload (10–12 patients/day).

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and treatments for orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions.
• Design personalized, evidence-based treatment plans.
• Efficiently manage patient documentation and workflow within the EMR system.
