Job summary

PT Solutions Physical Therapy in Wyckoff, NJ, is hiring a full-time Physical Therapist to expand access to transformative care and advance professional growth within a collaborative team.

You will evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions, design evidence-based plans, and manage documentation in the EMR while contributing to a mentorship-friendly, growth-focused culture with a six-week onboarding program and access to in-house continuing education.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited PT program.
• Current or pending state licensure.
• BLS certification.
• Strong interpersonal skills and team-oriented mindset.
• Ability to manage a full clinical caseload (10–12 patients/day).

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and treatments for patients with orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions, providing education tailored to individual needs within an interdisciplinary environment.
• Design personalized, evidence-based treatment plans.
• Efficiently manage patient documentation and workflow within the EMR system.
