Job summary

PT Solutions Physical Therapy is seeking full-time Physical Therapists in New Jersey to expand access to transformative care and advance professional growth. You will conduct comprehensive evaluations for orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions and design personalized treatment plans within an interdisciplinary team.

The role offers a six-week onboarding program (Vitals+), mentorship, residency-style development, in-house CE courses, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited PT program
• Current or pending state licensure
• BLS certification
• Strong interpersonal skills and team-oriented mindset
• Ability to manage a full clinical caseload (10–12 patients/day)

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and treatments for orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions with education tailored to patient needs.
• Design personalized, evidence-based treatment plans.
• Efficiently document and manage workflow within the EMR system.
