Job summary

PT Solutions Physical Therapy is seeking full-time Physical Therapists who want to elevate their careers while expanding access to quality care for diverse patient populations. You’ll work with orthopedic, sports medicine, pelvic health, and neurologic rehab caseloads in a collaborative environment.

Our program features a six-week onboarding, mentorship, ABTPRFE-accredited residency-style development, in-house continuing education, and growth pathways to leadership roles.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited PT program.
• Current or pending state licensure.
• BLS certification.
• Strong interpersonal skills and team-oriented mindset.
• Ability to manage a full clinical caseload (10–12 patients/day).

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and treatments for patients with orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions.
• Design personalized, evidence-based treatment plans.
• Efficiently manage patient documentation and workflow within the EMR system.
