Job summary

PT Solutions is seeking full-time Physical Therapists to elevate their careers while making a real difference in patients and communities. The position offers a six-week onboarding program (Vitals+), mentorship, in-house residency-style programs, and access to extensive CE resources and research.

Base salary ranges from $85,000 to $100,000 per year, with monthly incentive bonuses and possible sign-on bonuses up to $10,000 in select locations.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited PT program.
• Current or pending state licensure.
• BLS certification.
• Strong interpersonal skills and team-oriented mindset.
• Ability to manage a full clinical caseload (10–12 patients/day).

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and treatments for patients with orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions, providing education tailored to individual needs within an interdisciplinary environment.
• Design personalized, evidence-based treatment plans.
• Efficiently manage patient documentation and workflow within the EMR system.
