Crunch Fitness - Undefeated Tribe in Edmond, OK is hiring a Personal Training Manager to lead a high-performance team of trainers and sales consultants. You will drive client acquisition, retention, and training program execution while ensuring compliance and top-tier member service.

You will hire, coach, and develop staff, oversee CrunchOne Kickoff, and maintain accurate KPIs and reports to inform strategic decisions. A strong fitness background and relevant certifications are required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a personal trainer required.
• Experience executing plans and managing KPIs required.
• Experience managing and leading a team of 3-10 employees preferred.
• Must have solid understanding of fitness industry, market and key business drivers.
• CPR/AED certification required (can be obtained within 30 days of hire).
• Certification required in one or more approved Nationally Accredited Certifications: ACSM, NASM, CSCS, etc.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, and manage performance of a team of qualified Personal Trainers and Personal Training Sales Consultants.
• Assist in the development and fitness expertise of all Crunch team members.
• Meet both new client acquisition and existing client retention targets for the club.
• Coach and guide direct reports on how to engage, prescribe, acquire, and retain clients.
• Conduct 1:1 meetings with direct reports to review performance and motivate.
