Qualifications

• 5–6 years managing multiple locations in a full-service casual dining environment with bar operations
• Strong leadership, business operations and communication skills
• Proven ability to mentor and elevate high-performing teams
• P&L management experience with growth-focused mindset
• Experienced in labor regulations, health and safety, food handling, and alcohol compliance
• Ability to stand/walk up to 10 hours and perform routine tasks
