Nbutexas seeks an experienced District Manager to lead several Quick Service Restaurant locations in Iowa, developing General Managers and driving sales, profitability, and operational excellence. You will travel regularly across the district to ensure consistent performance and adherence to standards.

The role requires a track record in multi-unit restaurant leadership, strong financial acumen, and the ability to coach and build high-performing teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of restaurant management experience.
• Multi-unit QSR management experience strongly preferred.
• Proven success leading and developing General Managers.
• Strong P&L and financial management experience.
• Demonstrated ability to improve sales, profitability, labor, and operational performance.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Travel regularly between restaurant locations throughout the assigned district.

• Establish clear performance expectations and follow up on results.
• Manage labor, scheduling, budgeting, and other key operating metrics.
• Identify performance gaps and implement effective action plans.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable employment and safety regulations.
• Travel between locations within the district.

Candidates may be located in or around Waterloo, Cedar Rapids, Iowa City, Mount Pleasant, Burlington, or surrounding areas.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary up to $75,000, with potential flexibility for an exceptional candidate
• Approximately $468 monthly vehicle allowance

What You'll Do

As District Manager, you will be responsible for the overall performance of multiple restaurant locations and the development of their General Managers and leadership teams.

What We're Looking For

• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to achieve results through others
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Self-motivated with a strong sense of urgency
• Valid driver's license and good driving record
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Restaurant Management, Finance, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience will be considered
• Bilingual Spanish is a plus
