Qualifications

• 5+ years of forecasting and modeling for performance-based marketing.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience driving efficiency improvements in budgeting through automation; AI/ML in forecasting preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and data analysis.
• Experience with Databricks and Power BI for forecasting and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary interface between Marketing and FP&A to create and manage marketing forecast models.
• Collaborate on overall marketing strategy and budget plans with senior leaders.
• Develop long-term budget plans and forecasts showing spend and appointments per day by product vertical at each branch.
• Train and develop Divisional Marketing Managers to manage branch budgets effectively.
• Ensure marketing spend stays aligned with budget and targets.
