Job summary

West Shore Home in Mechanicsburg, PA is seeking a Director of Marketing Strategy to own forecasting, budget alignment, and ROI strategy for marketing spend across 40+ branches nationwide. You will lead a team of Divisional Marketing Managers and partner with FP&A to connect local execution to national targets.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in forecasting and marketing analytics, experience with multi-location or home services, and strong skills in Excel, Databricks, and Power BI, with AI/ML

Qualifications

• 5+ years of forecasting and modeling for performance-based marketing.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Experience automating budgeting and forecasting processes using AI/ML is preferred.
• Advanced Excel skills and data structuring for large datasets.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary interface between Marketing and FP&A and manage marketing forecast models.
• Collaborate on budget plans and performance expectations with senior marketing leadership.
• Develop data-driven forecasts for branch-level marketing budgets and KPI targets.
• Train Divisional Marketing Managers to manage budgets while achieving sales targets.
