Job summary

Cherie Amour is seeking a Marketing Manager in Pullman, WA to lead brand growth, campaign execution, and overall marketing performance. This role owns campaigns across email/SMS, paid media, web, and content, ensuring visuals are on-brand, conversion-focused, and measurement-driven.

You will plan and optimize multi-channel campaigns, manage budgets, write compelling copy, and collaborate with design to create cohesive assets. A strategic, hands-on marketer thrives here.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of marketing, growth, or campaign management experience.
• Experience managing paid advertising campaigns (Meta/Google or similar).
• Strong copywriting across email, web, and ad creative.
• Ability to create or direct high-quality, visually cohesive marketing assets.
• Experience with email/SMS platforms (Klaviyo preferred).
• Experience with website management, landing pages, or conversion optimization (WordPress preferred).
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into action.
• Proficiency in design tools Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Own marketing campaigns across email/SMS, paid ads, web, and content.
