Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in marketing or business development; industrial manufacturing experience preferred.
• Strategic thinker with strong business acumen and a customer-focused, results-driven approach.
• Proficiency with generative AI tools for content, campaigns and automation.
• Hands-on CRM and marketing automation experience—dashboards, lead routing, data quality at scale.
• Working knowledge of HTML/CSS, web CMS and GA4 analytics.

• Partner with stakeholders to translate industry trends into integrated marketing strategies.
• Own brand strategy and ensure consistent representation across channels and growth.
• Collaborate with Sales Support to equip sales with tools, training, and materials.
