Job summary

America’s Best House Plans, Inc. is seeking a hands-on Director of Marketing in Marietta, GA. You will shape the marketing strategy, drive campaigns across email, social, and content, and lead a small internal team plus external partners to grow qualified customers and enhance the brand experience.

You’ll own go-to-market plans for new features and programs, optimize customer journeys, and collaborate with Ecommerce, Operations, and leadership to hit revenue objectives.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of marketing experience with ownership of strategy and results.
• Ability to identify growth opportunities, test ideas, and scale programs.
• Experience leading multi-channel campaigns and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead an integrated marketing strategy aligned with growth and revenue goals.
• Lead campaigns across email, SMS, organic social, website content, and promotions.
• Own promotional calendar, messaging, and creative direction for initiatives.
• Strengthen brand voice, messaging, and customer communications.
