Job summary

NGE Sports is seeking a Market Operations Manager to own a portfolio of iGaming affiliate sites, driving performance across content, SEO, UX, and compliance. You’ll leverage AI and automation to scale quality and collaborate with multiple teams to stay ahead of market trends.

The role focuses on site ownership, content coordination with writers and AI content, and optimizing monetisation while ensuring regulatory compliance and responsible gambling messaging.

Qualifications

• Experience in iGaming, affiliate marketing or content-led websites.
• Proficient with WordPress or similar CMS.
• Strong knowledge of SEO, analytics and digital content.
• Experience with AI tools or eager to learn.
• Highly organized with ownership mindset.
• Excellent cross-team communication.
• Fluent English; additional market languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day site performance across UX, content, monetisation and market positioning.
• Coordinate writers, freelancers and AI-generated content with quality and localisation.
• Monitor rankings, traffic, CTR, conversions and revenue.
• Ensure market-specific compliance and responsible gambling messaging.
• Partner with Sales on offers, widgets, bonuses, and up-to-date T&Cs.
• Coordinate video, social assets and streamer pages.
• Use AI and automation to improve workflows and scalability.
• Stay current on iGaming trends, regulatory developments, and SEO/AI changes.
• Collaborate with SEO, Content, Sales, CRM, Design, Video, Marketing and Tech.
• Manage workflows through Jira and maintain visibility of priorities.
